Elia R. Cole, is a Family Medicine physician who has spent her career studying how care is delivered. She holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University, where she focused on international health and program management. She earned her medical degree from Pacific Northwest University, with clinical rotations in both urban and rural communities across the United States. She then completed her Family Medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente Northern California in Santa Rosa.
